Employees accrue annual leave days
based on the schedule below.
Employees accrue annual leave based on
the hours paid during each two-week pay period.
Annual leave accrues each pay-period
and is credited to the employee's leave balance each pay period or on the last
day of active employment in the case of termination.
For part time employees, annual leave
is accrued on a pro-rated basis based on the hours paid during each two-week

Personnel with at least six months of
continuous service who terminate employment for any reason shall receive a
pay-out of unused annual leave at date of termination.
Employees must submit a request to use
annual leave on a Leave of Absence Form.The request will indicate the start and end times and dates of the
leave.The request must be submitted in
advance of the leave time requested and approved by the supervisor.
