Human Resources Receptionist

 

Reports to HR/Admin Department

 

  • Receiving company’ s visitor with courtesy, dignity and respect and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Receiving all incoming letters, invoices and sending them to the various department
  • Carrying out administrative duties and managing the admin store
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Coordinate the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Takes minute of meetings
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Coordinate and supervise the office assistant to ensure a clean and tidy office environment
