employee requested for jury duty or subpoenaed to appear in court as a witness
will be paid at his/her regular rate of pay upon submission of the summons or
subpoena.Employees are required to work
during normal working hours when court is not in session. Time spent on jury
duty does not have to be made up.
appearing in court on their own behalf are required to use personal leave or
maintain the accuracy of accrued leave balances for its employees, and will
ensure that time is reported accurately on the work records.
