Management salaries shall be determined
by Management Compensation Plan.
Newly hired management staff will have
their salaries allocated to minimum of the pay range of their title unless a
higher rate is warranted.A higher rate
would be warranted in cases where the incumbent has previous, relevant
experience and/or if recruiting for the position is difficult and a higher
salary is required to attract a qualified applicant.
Salary increases based on performance shall
be made on the employee's anniversary date in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the Management Compensation Plan.
No employee shall be paid below the
minimum or above the maximum of the range for his or her classification, except
in extenuating circumstances such as, but not limited to, demotion or market
