Reporting to Director of Operations & Finance

 

  • Planning and preparing of monthly budget
  • Sourcing for contractors
  • Monitoring and carrying out service levels to ensure client satisfaction
  • Producing outstanding logistic supports, consistency, continuation, material administration, cautious and several other responsibilities based on the logistic programs
  • Participating in the development plans and proposal tactics
  • Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance to identify improvement opportunities and implement new strategies
  • Capturing and recording service failures and implementing new improvement processes
  • Updating top management on cost reducing techniques as well as loop holes that need to be blocked with the client
  • Handling the tasks of arranging technical training, quality assurance and configuration management
  • Monthly purchase of routine parts/diesel
  • Establishing and maintaining adherence to customer and internal KPI
