Operations Manager

 

Reporting to Director of Operations

 

  • Implementation of projects according to approved budgets
  • Ensure quality control (QC) policies are strictly followed while delivering tasks
  • Operational planning/preparation of monthly/weekly preventive routine maintenance schedule and ensure the routine works are carried out as scheduled while meeting the service level agreement
  • Setting targets for the operational units by breaking down the high level strategic goals to targets and allocate targets for each unit
  • Monitoring and evaluating monthly key performance indicators (KPI) of each of the teams
  • Monitoring and evaluating monthly key performance indicators (KPI) of operational processes and optimize/improve on the processes as the case maybe
  • Creation of daily, weekly, monthly quarterly reporting tracks on all operational areas about all the projects at hands
  • Reviewing of clients  concerns and complaints and act upon the complaints as necessary
  • Creating an effective communication line linking all the organization units/divisions under ,data, operational planning, and core operation) and other stakeholders such as our clients and suppliers
  • Coordination of different operational units/divisions towards a common goal and defines general conditions for the operation
  • Attend project meetings with our clients
