Buildings & Grounds currently provides security and parking administration services to Buildings A, B, C, D, and E. With the small level of staff utilized to provide these services, offices at Building C were closed 2 days per week in order to provide services and Buildings A & B one day a week each. This model has proven to be challenging and too expensive to maintain.
In the interest of continuous improvement and effective resource utilization, a model will be implemented that will create a more consistent and sustainable service. In order to implement the new model, Buildings & Grounds will close the offices located and Buildings A & B. ABC is currently using expensive equipment and taking up space at each building that can be used for other purposes, and only using those offices a few days each month.
Please note that effective February 1, 2016 that parking offices at Buildings A & B will be closing permanently.
We will be centralizing these offices at Building C and providing all services from this location. This will enable Buildings & Grounds to provide a consistent, more effective service, save money on equipment and free up two offices for other uses.
CHANGES THAT WILL BE IN EFFECT AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2016
All parking office hours at all buildings will be Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. All offices will be closed on statutory holidays and weekends.
